vip app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any conduct that the platform deems harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification.
